Hotel names and entrances matter

Send the exact property name or booking address: hotels with similar brand names are not interchangeable. Confirm whether reception, a villa entrance or a separate building is the drop-off point. The transfer does not include accommodation or guarantee check-in. Tell reception about a late arrival and arrange onward pickup independently of the hotel booking.

Nohur Lake, Nohur Gol and Nohurgol

These names refer to the same lake in the Gabala area. Choose whether the lake is your destination, a timed visit before the hotel or part of a return excursion. Agree the drop-off and collection point; a lakeside visit does not automatically include waiting, meals or activities. Wear suitable shoes and take your belongings when leaving the car.

Tufandag is a destination, not a ticket package

A transfer takes you to the agreed resort entrance or meeting point. Cable-car tickets, ski passes, equipment rental and lessons are separate unless expressly included in writing. Check the official resort site before leaving: weather and maintenance can affect operations. Confirm the last practical pickup time if you are returning to Baku that evening.

Separate the two travel dates

For an overnight stay, book the outward journey and return date explicitly. The same-day return tariff does not automatically cover a car held overnight. Confirm whether you need only two transfers or a driver for local visits as well. Hotel accommodation and driver availability on the second date must be arranged separately.
