Include the route, local date and time, passenger count and luggage. For an existing arrangement, reply in the same conversation so the driver can see the agreed details. Sending a request alone does not reserve a vehicle.

Confirm directly in WhatsApp or Telegram

Send your date, pickup time, public pickup and destination addresses, passenger count and luggage. Add the flight number or child-seat request if relevant. Booking is confirmed only after the driver accepts the journey and you agree the vehicle, fare and scope in the conversation. Clicking a message button alone is not a confirmed reservation.

Changing an address, date or stop

Tell the driver before changing a pickup address, destination, passenger count or travel date. Extra stops and longer sightseeing can change the time and fare; an existing quote is not automatically valid for a new itinerary. Ask for the updated total and car availability in writing. Keep the revised confirmation in the same conversation and check the local pickup date and time again.
