Be ready at the agreed time and keep the driver’s contact available. Add another collection address before the quote, rather than after departure.

The driver contact is Elgun, with Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish listed as communication languages. The website also has Arabic content, but an Arabic page is not a promise of an Arabic-speaking driver. For complex requests, send the route and dates in writing so both sides can confirm the same plan.
