How to cancel a confirmed journey
Notify the driver through the conversation used for booking as soon as you decide not to travel. State the name, route and pickup date, and ask for acknowledgement. Our published service does not require advance payment; this does not create a new promise about separately agreed third-party costs. If any payment or expense was specially agreed, discuss its status directly and keep the written response.
Flight disruption, unsafe roads or unavailable cars
A delayed or cancelled flight may require a different pickup plan; send the new flight details rather than assuming the original arrangement still fits. Road closures, severe weather or a vehicle problem may also prevent the planned journey. Discuss a revised time, a clearly identified alternative or cancellation directly. Do not accept an unconfirmed replacement or rely on a guaranteed arrival time.
Changing an address, date or stop
Tell the driver before changing a pickup address, destination, passenger count or travel date. Extra stops and longer sightseeing can change the time and fare; an existing quote is not automatically valid for a new itinerary. Ask for the updated total and car availability in writing. Keep the revised confirmation in the same conversation and check the local pickup date and time again.
