How to read journey feedback

Look for the route, travel context and practical details when reading a review: pickup communication, the agreed vehicle and whether the trip matched the arrangement. A published review is a personal account, not a guarantee that every future journey will be identical. Publication on this website is not the same as independent verification by a review platform. Confirm the details that matter to your own trip directly.

Share feedback after your journey

After travelling, send feedback in your booking conversation and say whether you allow it to be published. Mention the route and approximate travel month, and describe what went well or needs improvement in your own words. Do not include passport details, a private phone number, an exact future itinerary or another traveller’s personal information. Ask for a correction if published wording misrepresents your experience.
