Send the hotel name and entrance or a public map pin. A property in the Old City may need a nearby accessible meeting point, so confirm where the car can stop. Be ready at the agreed time and keep the driver’s contact available. Add another collection address before the quote, rather than after departure.

How much time to allow

For the direct road journey, 3–3.5 hours is a planning estimate, not an arrival guarantee. City traffic, rain, fog and comfort stops can extend it. Airport passengers also need time for passport control and bags. For a same-day visit, reserve time for both road legs before deciding how many attractions fit.

Vandam and the final access road

For a stay in Vandam, send the accommodation pin rather than only the village name. Confirm access to the entrance and whether the last section suits the agreed car. If the waterfall is also planned, include its walking and waiting time separately. A drop-off at your accommodation is not automatically a local sightseeing tour.

What the written fare must cover

Ask for one total for the whole car, with the exact addresses, vehicle, passengers and luggage included. Agreed pickup waiting, ordinary comfort breaks and brief photo stops on the direct route are included in our agreed fare. Extra addresses, sightseeing detours, extended waiting and a return on another day need a separate agreement.
