The service covered by your agreement

Your agreement is for a private vehicle with a driver on the confirmed route, date and service period. It is not a shared bus seat or an all-inclusive holiday. Accommodation, attraction tickets, meals and licensed tour guiding are not included unless separately agreed in writing. Check whether your plan is one-way, same-day return, another-day return or a local Gabala journey; these are different services.

Confirm directly in WhatsApp or Telegram

Send your date, pickup time, public pickup and destination addresses, passenger count and luggage. Add the flight number or child-seat request if relevant. Booking is confirmed only after the driver accepts the journey and you agree the vehicle, fare and scope in the conversation. Clicking a message button alone is not a confirmed reservation.

Confirm currency and payment method

Our displayed transfer prices are in USD for comparison and refer to the stated route and vehicle. Ask which currency and payment method the driver can accept, and agree any conversion before departure. No advance payment is required for the listed private transfer arrangement. Do not assume that a card terminal, online checkout or payment link is available.

Changing an address, date or stop

Tell the driver before changing a pickup address, destination, passenger count or travel date. Extra stops and longer sightseeing can change the time and fare; an existing quote is not automatically valid for a new itinerary. Ask for the updated total and car availability in writing. Keep the revised confirmation in the same conversation and check the local pickup date and time again.

Passenger and luggage arrangements

Confirm the number of adults and children before choosing the car, including a suitable child seat when requested and available. All passengers need their own agreed seating place; luggage must fit without obstructing safe seating. A vehicle described as an SUV is not automatically four-wheel drive. In winter, ask about the actual vehicle and road conditions instead of relying on the model label.
