Send the hotel booking name together with its map pin; similar resort names are not interchangeable pickup addresses. If the reception confirms a different vehicle entrance, share that instruction before travel. For apartments and villas, add the host’s meeting instructions rather than relying on the general neighbourhood name. Check the final address again before approving the fare.

Changing hotels during a Gabala stay

Treat a move between two Gabala hotels as a separate local journey unless it is included in your written itinerary. Give the first hotel’s checkout time, the second hotel’s check-in arrangements and your luggage details. If you want to visit Nohur Lake or Tufandag between them, confirm who keeps the bags and when you need the car again; a drop-off does not reserve it for the rest of the day.

Local hotel pickups need an entrance or map pin, not merely “Gabala”. Confirm whether you are starting at the resort, cable-car area or town accommodation. The quote depends on these local endpoints and any waiting. Baku–Gabala intercity prices and distances do not describe this short local route.

Compare like-for-like transport prices

For one traveller, a public-transport seat can be worth comparing; a group should compare its total tickets plus local transfers with one private-car fare.
