Write the stay as operating days

List the arrival date, overnight accommodation and departure date, then mark the days that need local visits. Some travellers want the car for a full regional programme; others plan to stay independently at the accommodation for most of the trip. These are different commitments of vehicle time.

The two- or three-day itinerary guide gives a framework for the hotel pattern. State which elements are fixed and which can move. Avoid treating a hotel night by itself as a complete description of the transport service required during it.

What to clarify for a reserved-car arrangement

Ask which operating days and hours are included, how visits and waiting are handled and where the vehicle is available to meet. If you want a long hotel break or an independent day, describe it explicitly. Confirm the exact vehicle and contact arrangement for the complete period.

Use the private-driver service to discuss that scope. Identify accommodation, admissions and other separately arranged services so the quotation remains understandable. Reserving a driver does not by itself include a hotel package or professional tourist guiding.

What to clarify for separate journeys

Give each transfer a date, pickup, final drop-off, passengers and bags. A later return needs its own accepted arrangement, even if the outward service was straightforward. Local outings can be requested separately when they are part of the plan, with a clear meeting point and finishing address.

The local transfer guide helps prepare those handovers. Ask who will operate each leg and how changes are communicated. Separate journeys may use different confirmed cars; do not assume the first driver remains reserved between them.

Compare equivalent requirements

Use the same passenger count, luggage, hotel addresses and visits when asking for both options. Then compare what time the vehicle is actually committed and which return journeys are included. A cheaper-looking figure can describe a smaller operating scope rather than the same service at a lower rate.

Check the vehicle information and the price page when preparing questions. Include a stroller, child-seat request or sports equipment and ask about the actual car. The return requirement can differ if your party or bags change during the stay.

Protect the departure before choosing

State whether the trip ends at a Baku hotel, GYD or another region. If a flight is involved, send the departure details and work from the airport arrival required for that journey. Review optional last-day visits after the regional return has been assessed.

The return planning guide helps define the final leg. Save the accepted operating days, local visits, waiting, pickups and complete totals. The right comparison shows what your party can rely on at every stage of the stay, not only the initial Baku–Gabala drive.
