Late arrival needs advance confirmation

Request a night pickup before travel; 24-hour enquiry availability is not a guarantee that a car is free immediately. Check the arrival date after midnight, the hotel’s late check-in and how you will contact the driver without mobile data. Agree a realistic road plan instead of adding several sightseeing stops after a flight.

Flight changes and airport waiting

The landing time is not the time you will be outside the terminal. Send the flight number so the driver can follow arrival information, and report a rebooking or cancellation yourself. Agree the waiting arrangement in writing. If a delay changes the onward itinerary, reconfirm hotel access and the driver’s availability before travelling.

Find the agreed airport meeting point

Send the flight number and arrival date, then obtain the terminal and meeting-point instructions before flying. After landing, finish passport control and baggage collection before telling the driver you are ready. If you cannot find one another, send your public meeting location in the chat; do not leave with someone whose identity you have not confirmed.

Hotel names and entrances matter

Send the exact property name or booking address: hotels with similar brand names are not interchangeable. Confirm whether reception, a villa entrance or a separate building is the drop-off point. The transfer does not include accommodation or guarantee check-in. Tell reception about a late arrival and arrange onward pickup independently of the hotel booking.
