Send the exact property name or booking address: hotels with similar brand names are not interchangeable. Confirm whether reception, a villa entrance or a separate building is the drop-off point. The transfer does not include accommodation or guarantee check-in. Tell reception about a late arrival and arrange onward pickup independently of the hotel booking.

Qafqaz Resort: use the booking address

Write Qafqaz Resort Hotel rather than only “Qafqaz”. Check your reservation address against the driver’s proposed destination before confirming. For family arrivals, give the luggage and stroller details together with the entrance. A transfer confirmation covers the journey; it does not confirm the hotel room or resort facilities.
