Find the agreed airport meeting point

Send the flight number and arrival date, then obtain the terminal and meeting-point instructions before flying. After landing, finish passport control and baggage collection before telling the driver you are ready. If you cannot find one another, send your public meeting location in the chat; do not leave with someone whose identity you have not confirmed.

Confirm directly in WhatsApp or Telegram

Send your date, pickup time, public pickup and destination addresses, passenger count and luggage. Add the flight number or child-seat request if relevant. Booking is confirmed only after the driver accepts the journey and you agree the vehicle, fare and scope in the conversation. Clicking a message button alone is not a confirmed reservation.

Direct communication with Elgun

The driver contact is Elgun, with Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish listed as communication languages. The website also has Arabic content, but an Arabic page is not a promise of an Arabic-speaking driver. For complex requests, send the route and dates in writing so both sides can confirm the same plan.
