Starting in Gabala or Tufandag

Local hotel pickups need an entrance or map pin, not merely “Gabala”. Confirm whether you are starting at the resort, cable-car area or town accommodation. The quote depends on these local endpoints and any waiting. Baku–Gabala intercity prices and distances do not describe this short local route.

Flight changes and airport waiting

The landing time is not the time you will be outside the terminal. Send the flight number so the driver can follow arrival information, and report a rebooking or cancellation yourself. Agree the waiting arrangement in writing. If a delay changes the onward itinerary, reconfirm hotel access and the driver’s availability before travelling.

Work backwards from your departure flight

Start with your airline’s check-in and bag-drop deadlines, not just the flight’s departure time. Add the road journey, traffic allowance and any planned stop to choose the hotel pickup. Send the departure terminal and flight number. A Gabala-to-airport journey should not depend on an optimistic 3-hour drive without spare time.

What the written fare must cover

Ask for one total for the whole car, with the exact addresses, vehicle, passengers and luggage included. Agreed pickup waiting, ordinary comfort breaks and brief photo stops on the direct route are included in our agreed fare. Extra addresses, sightseeing detours, extended waiting and a return on another day need a separate agreement.
